MyCube4Change - Managing Change in Business

One of the greatest challenge facing people and organisations today is to actively change the behaviours of people within the organisation to achieve the effectiveness required.

To support and develop a culture of change, MyCube4Change gives individuals a framework that assists people in the business to effect change.

There are many diagnostic tools available whose primary focus is to identify qualities of current performance which can be used to increase effectiveness. MyCube4Change allows for the individual to self-assess the realities of a situation, helping to develop insight and ownership of the change process. MyCube can also be used once these diagnostic results are known and the insights they provide require behaviourial change.

MyCube the change and transformation framework, is designed to be used on an ongoing basis to help people move through the change process more quickly and effectively. It can therefore be re-used as new and different challenges arise in your business.

The power of the methodology lies in its focus on individual responsibility for making changes and its accurate process of analysis and guidance given both at a corporate and individual level. MyCube is a personal reference tool to leverage new and different responses, improving our personal and business effectiveness.

Once people engage with the MyCube methodology, behavioural change is the result, which benefits the individual and the organisation.

How does MyCube4Change work in your business

Step 1

Build a C-Cubed to gather collective data of the change requirements

This is published on a literal cube that is distributed to each person in the group undergoing change. This is accompanied by a brief explanation of the overall MyCube process.

Time taken to populate the Cube is dependent on the current data held by the organisation. If the information is applicable and available, it takes one day to build a C-Cube, which is signed off before production and distribution.

Step 2

Train internal facilitators

We believe that your staff and leaders should be empowered with the MyCube methodology and we prefer to equip people in your organisation to train up all the necessary staff.

The facilitator training is a three day process and includes all the training material and stationery and quality assurance of individual training and small group facilitation.

Step 3

Internal Facilitators train all staff on the MyCube methodology

This takes place in a three-hour workshop, which includes all material and stationery. Quality assessment is managed by our facilitators.

Optional - Step 4:

Personal work sessions

We create space for people to share personally and to map their personal change process in relation to the larger change requirements.

Costs

We sell MyCube on a per person basis (R500) which includes materials and stationary as well as a once-off license fee, but excludes facilitation fees of qualified MyCube instructors.
