C-Cubed - Capturing the Collective Change Agenda
When going through change there is often more than one change agenda such as a new strategy and new software or a culture change. By using C-Cubed, you are able to capture multiple change agendas using the same framework, bringing clarity and uniformity.
The Cube communicates the collective challenges of the group, giving individuals confidence and a sense of direction for their personal change requirements. Having a collective change agenda (especially when it relates to values and culture) gives people a common tangible platform when having difficult conversations with people resisting change.
C-Cubed also reminds people of the key concepts which act as leverage for change as well as highlighting the tensions that can limit change.
